About the wine
Aromas of honeyed pear, passion fruit and fresh citrus unfold in layers, supported by a lively minerality. A Marlborough Pinot Gris with fresh acidity and fruit within a balanced body and a long finish.

Winemaking
Vinification100% Pinot Gris (94% Awatere, plus Wairau Valley). Most was machine-harvested and pressed straight away with minimal skin contact; the rest was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. The cold-settled clear juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing3–4 months on the lees after fermentation; filtered and bottled on 11 October 2023.
