About the wine
A complex white blending five white grape varieties from the Colli di Conegliano in the Veneto. Delicate chamomile, peach and apricot are followed by tropical mango and pineapple and a vanilla oak touch, for an exotic yet balanced bouquet. A creamy texture, elegant acidity and a long fruity finish.

Winemaking
Vinification12 hours of skin maceration, followed by a gentle pressing.
Ageing24 months in stainless steel tanks and French Allier oak, then 12 months in bottle before release.
